I have been having cold fever and head ache from 2 days. Visited nearest doc who prescribed below medicine. Nelser - SP -4 tablets March -200 - 4 tablets Nectus total - 4 tablets Fever reduced. But head ache, cough with mucus and stomach burning is there.

TABLET RAZO D BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS FOR BURNING STOMACH. SYRUP BRONCHOLIN HALF TEASPOON FUL TWO TIMES AND ONE TEASPOON FUL AT NIGHT. TABLET PARACETAMOL 500ONE TABLET TWO-TIMES A DAY. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. O.K BYE.
