I am suffering from fever head ache and cold from five days I took dolo650 tablet but still there is no difference My temperature became normal today but still I am feeling drowsy even my cold has not decreased and my body pains are still the same Can anyone suggest me what to do

mostly may be viral fever.if you are improving day by day ,drinkplenty of water, eat fresh fruits.if your health condition not improving visit general physician near by hospital with good lab

Hello there...I can understand your concern. if the fever is not under control with paracetamol, then you will need to get investigated. you might need oral or IV antibiotics depending on the severity of the condition. also for the cold, you will need antihistamines like levicetrizine. so kindly consult a general physician for further evaluation.
