I have had a fever since Tuesday. I consulted with a doctor who advised me to take paracetamol+ cetrazine + zincovit + ascoril syrup. The fever was 101 initially and was not going away but since yesterday fever is 99.5 and goes away if I take paracetamol and doesn't come back until evening. But my cold has worsened I have a completely blocked nose at night. Also yellow liquid mucus is coming out when I cough. I feel like sleeping all day. Should I consult another doctor or continue with the above medicine for 5 days as advised by my doctor.
