I am going through the above medication (Tab Azithral 500mg,Tab Ivermectin 12mg,Vitamin C,Vitamin D, Paracetamol 650mg). I'm going through this medication since past 7 days but no significant changes in the body is noticable.Should I go for any test or any further medication is required
