My husband is having fever 104.Can he have mefenamic acid 500mg and Pan40 tablets to reduce the temperature.

Hello. I would advice stop meftal as it is very mild. Use Dolo 650 1 tab 2-3 times a day according to fever. And continue pan 40. If fever still doesn't goes down then we will have to start antibiotic and do some blood tests.
