I am having fever 101 and everytime I ate something I vomit it, 3times from morning. Feeling gas in stomach. Should I take dolo 650 empty stomach? (Just drink a cup of tea) so that my fever low down and I will able to go to nearest doctor.

Please dnt take dolo empty stomach. Infact dnt take any medication without consulting. Fever with vomiting indicate food poisoning or gastroenteritis.
