For a few days now, I have low grade fever, I have difficulty in breathing but my oxygen levels show right (98), I feel dizzy and weak, at night my heart rate reduces to 58-60 ,also I am not covid positive. I had few pimples on different parts of my body and that left a mark, the pimple was red, 2-3 were on my elbow, some on wrist one on thigh. What tests should i take to diagnose this.
