I am 24 yrs old and I am married Past one week I am feeling very tired and feeling sleepy hip pain is also there at evening I am getting mild fever and at morning I feel very lazy to get up my periods is going to start only three days left why I am getting this kind of symptom is that early pregnancy symptoms or some other symptoms
