My 3 year old son is having fever and lymph nodes at neck from last 3 months. We consulted many doctors. His throat and lungs are clear. But the fever is not curing. It cures while taking antibiotics.  He gets fever and nodes after 4-5 days After stopping antibiotics.his teeth decayed and he is having white little  round mark s all over skin.it is like a fungal infection. I think it came from mosquito bites. Pls give suggestions how can I cure it. And why it is like this. Blood test and urine tests are normal . It's saying he is having microcitic hypochromic anemia.
