Fever and little swelling in left leg kn

My baby is 9 months old. On 26th March she had swelling on her left leg knee.evening she had fever upto 100 f but today we found dat the temp got rises to 102.2 f. We give her crocin drops. We had removed x-ray of her leg and found all normal but swelling appears till now kindly advice on d same. Can we give her meftal p syrup and how much?

Hey... did U get an X-ray and u didn’t find u anything substantial.. then get a MRI Done and go to ur doc for followup

One condition called as acute osteomylitis ie. Bone infection U should look for That with  x ray  and  If not  then  MRI  Just keep in mind that also For now Keep giving  medicine for fever It's better  to share images with us So can help u out with this  situation
