Drink plenty of water, eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods. Gargle with warm salt water. gargling several times a day can help relieve throat pain....you will require antibiotics to clear up infection..Consult physician or ent surgeon.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can do salt water gargles thrice a day. Take a paracetamol 650mg twice a day for managing fever. Paracetamol will also control your body pain and headache also. Drink lots of water and have a soft diet. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Consult a general physician in person for further management if the issue still persists. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
