Fever and dry cough

I have a case of pul TB, treated with 9 months ATB in 2017. Sometimes blood use to come in which was treated with antibiotics and was told its due to scar as x ray was normal. For last ten after getting wet in rain I got cough, Ofloxacin 200 twice a day was given at local doc  which didn't help. Since monday evening I got fever and heavy running nose then I went to my Pulmonologist. He said it's due to season change. Prescribed Loxof 500 once a day for 10 days Zostum O 200 twice a day for 5 days Montair Fx Parasafe650 twice a day for 3 days. My concern is the fever isn't getting down even after taking paracetamol. it's always 101-102.5 degree sometimes come down to 100. Is it viral fever? How long it stay? Should I get any test done. No hemoptysis occurred. Thank You sir.

Hi seems like viral. If not settled, you need investigations like chest x-ray.

Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest
