My son is 14 months old and is having fever from yesterday.tested his urine routine and pus cells are 10 to 12/ hpf . Does he has urinary tract infection?

10-12 pus cells is suggestive of urinary infection..please do urine culture test for confirmation.contact pediatrician for medications
