Hi...., looks like you have developed viral fever....Viral fever is usually self limiting with symptomatic management.... Consider antipyretics, drink plenty of warm water, take adequate rest... With these fever will subside.. If symptoms persists , consult Physician for antibiotics, as it could be due to a bacterial infections....
