Now a days, some viral infections are very common which can cause fever & stomach upset. But as rightly said you most go to a consultant & get examined. You may need some investigations to rule out typhoid, etc.

Hello there. I can uderstand your concern. With a limited history we can only suggest you to give a syp. Paracetamol 250mg 5ml thrice a day after food for controlling fever. It is difficult to advise without examining hence it is better to see a doctor who can examine you and advise accordingly. For the fever you can give paracetamol syrup.
