There is a fever & Severe pain in whole body with feeling cold in this summer. What could be the possible causes? He's been working for few days in the sun. What should be taken care?

Drink plenty of water. Eat lots of green leafy vegetables and yellow orange vegetables and fruits. Test TSH, FBS and consult a MD MEDICINE PHYSICIAN
