Fever always returning back

Hi, My daughter's fever is always returning back. She has it for the past 3 days. I have already consulted two doctors and both of them have given crocin syrup 120. When the syrup is given the fever subsides but again returns back in 5-6 hours when the medicine effect wears off. I am unsure as the medicines don't seem to be helping. Please advise

If it is 3 days. You need blood test and x Ray especially if you feel child is getting more sick.crocin is only fever medicine but does not treat the cause.
