Fever after surgery

After toe amputation and debridement bleeding was there in the wound after dressing.Fever is there. Patient feeling sleepy all day. Due Covid 19 doctor can't check daily.

Need to know if toe amputation was due to diabetes or peripheral artery disease. Bleeding from amputation stump is a good sign. Regular dressings advised and consult for assessment

As he is diabetic the infection goes slowly regular dressing is necessary for him. Infection can be controlled with homeopathy treatment. Consult me online.

When there is infection there is fever, in your case. Please contact your doctor and get regular wound dressing done. If fever then dr must have given apt medication for that. Don’t worry. Get well soon
