Since it is 8-9 days, it is not due to vaccination. Get a Covid test done and monitor oxygen saturation. Maintain social distancing and wear masks and wash hands regularly. Consult accordingly.

Usually fever after vaccine persists for maximum of 2 days. If it is still persisting please do COVID test. There might be chances that she has COVID. until then DOLO 650mg SOS ( whenever she has symptoms ) would suffice.
