I have a fever of 101 within 6 hours after taking covisheild, it's not responding to paracetamol, what can I do

Not to worry ..just Dolo 650mg will do... It's common and nothing to be worried if you are running temperature... I have prescribed Dolo only to n number of patients who consulted me.. They have recovered .. Take good diet.. Drink plenty of water and fluids and avoid spicy, oily or outside foods...
