1. Symptoms- Fever 99deg for last 20 days,  light headedness, fatigue and weakness. 2.Test a) Widal - Positive b)CT Scan chest and abdomen- Thymus enlarged c) Hemolytic Anemia? 3. Family history. Mother - scleroderma/muscular dystrophy MCV -79 ,MCh -22.8 ,MCHC- 28.7 , RDW- 15 TTG antibodies test is 104.

hello.. ur symptoms look like viral... typhoid positive can be tken into consideration only if its done in d second week of fever...if its so den ul need a course of antibiotics nd lot of fluids...but since uve a family history of certain specific condition i would suggest u to meet a physican n tk opinion after co relating ur reports wid d physical examintation...
