Started with sneezing, runny nose, Allergic around Eyes. Since high grade fever doctor suggested admission and started iv after iv with meds my fever came down and allergic reaction reduced. Discharge on same day, again every 6-8 hours am getting fever not severely high but around 101. Day 2 today, do i need to revisit hospital.

Yes, you need to visit the hospital again. The natural course of common viral fever is around 3-4 days. So you need to be admitted for at least 3 days before you can be discharged on oral medication.
