My son have fever from last two days it was 100 and 101, but today is 103 and whole body heatup in the early 5 am I have give to him 1 crocin and put wet patti on his head ,but till two hours his fever not cut down. Pls advice

This seems to be some viral or bacterial pharyngitis.

Get a test done(throat swab) for H1N1 influenza infection in a nearby lab. And then consult a physician.
Health Tips
Paracetamol can be given every 6 hrly. He might need antibiotics if fever continues. Keep him hydrated and ask him to do gargles with warm salted water. Tab cofsil losenges can be given 4 hrly.
