Fever 102.6 repeatedly in 5-6 hours

Early morning 1st October 3:15 Temperature was 101.9. I'm giving 9 ml Dolo 250 syrup. every 5-6 hours as & when temperature start to increase. My son is active,no other problem so far but fever is coming back again and again. Do i need to let him go for check up?

If fever doesnt subsides in 1-2 days, get blood tests done like for dengue and malaria.

Looks like viral fever.. if in between fever he is active .. eating well .. urine output okk.. then there is no isuue .: If fever persist for more than 3 days .. then you should consult paediatrician.. U can try tab dolo 500 if he is comfortable to take tab..

Please have checkup done by your Pediatrician. At 9 years age he ll be able to take tablets. Viral fever takes minimum 3-5 days time to settle down. If activity is fine you can wait and continue paracetamol.
