Hello good morning dear. I have through your complaints Nothing to worry. Give her plenty of water and fruit juices and soft diet. Put  cotton cloth wetted in cold water and change frequently. Wash the body with cold water using cotton towel so the temperature will come down to a little extension. Use the same syrup  and check the expiry date.
