Have fever for last 4 days ranging 99-100F. SPO2 LEVEL is 95-97. Have Lil cold now as taking Azithromycin 500. No other issues faced except body temp of 100F. Please suggest

See the most common cause of fever these days is Covid-19. And despite taking medicines you are not recovering (say a period of 5days) u can het yourself tested.
