Fever - 1.5Yr daughter

Hi, My daughter 1.5 yrs old , got 102 fever spike on 27th then after paracetamol not came down so evening doctor meftal spas 3 ml , fever reduced to 99 . Then we started giving paracetamol 3ml every 6 hours and Meftal if fever above 100 . Now we observed Meftal effect is upto 16 hours and then again spike coming for 102 .5 . She is only on breastfeeding and taking oral water little bit. 27 th - Morning 100 27 th - Evening 104 27 th - Night 99 28 th - Morning 102 ( Meftal spas given) 28 th whole day - 97 ( underarm) 28 th 11 pm night - 102 ( meftal spas given) 29 aug - morning 96 ( underarm ) Please suggest further Weight - 8.8 Little bit cold - cetrazine ( twice a day) Amoxicillyin - twice a day
