Sir my son 3 years old getting fever (101f)in from last 5days.and also could and coughf by useing meftal p and senerest fever come done and again night fever comes whay ur suggestion

Almost all fevers in children are viral in origin,and can last up-to 7 days. Give just steam inhalations 3-4 times a day,and use paracetamol for fever,repeat 4 hourly if required. If not improving in 3 more days,reconsult your paediatrician.
