Hi. As the baby grows , the movement that you feel before like total turning mostly doesnot happen. But you try to count the movement like 1 hr after each main meal. After bf, lunch and dinner. In 1 hr you should have 4 movements. If your sugars or blood pressure is high then meet your doctor so thst one ultrasound with doppler need to be done . If also you have not done any ultrasound in one month than you can do it to know the blood supply to the baby and the fluid level. Good luck.

Dear Practo user, Mostly, there is no problem. But one cannot delay in such cases. It is advisable to get ultrasound for the baby done as early as possible which should preferably include Doppler study. Get the ultrasound done first and then consult Obstetrician. You may get delayed if you do the other way round.
