Fetus growth is of 6 week

Fetus growth is of 6 weeks after 10 weeks and no heart beet yet.there is no bleeding or any other problem. Please advise

Please clarify if the fetus is seen or not? If only gestational sac is seen with yolk sac....then repeat scan after 10 days. If a 6 weeks fetus is seen without cardiac activity....it is a missed abortion. In this case evacuation of the pregnancy has to be done under anaesthesia.
