Fetal node missing in 5 th week 3 days

Hi I am pregnant 5 week 3 days. I went for viability scan . It shows gestational sac and yolk sac but not fetal node. I tested for hcg blood test twice with 48 hours gap. Hcg test 1 shows count 5376 and Hcg test 2 shows 9111. Do my pregnancy going fine? When I can see fetal node and heartbeat?

Do ultrasound after 2 weeks. Heart beats can be seen at 6-7 weeks. Do transvaginal ultrasound next time.
