Previously i had fibroid f 10 cm.inside uterus nd i had done laproscopic treatment. Now after 5 yrs again it will develop enchancing uterus peduncle attached to uterus nd endometrium line is also 4mm thick what should i do for conceiving. I m not conceiving from 10 month.

Hi.you can undergo Lap myomectomy again . That will improve the chances of conceiving . Endometrium thickness of 4 mm is normal .

Since it Is a peduculated fibroid it can be very easily taken out by laparoscopy
