My co sister have pcod problem with irregular period and very low bleeding on period. This month also she missed her period then check the HPT it shows lite positive line on 34th day and 37 th day check again HPT kit shows negative. Why

It could be due to hormonal issue . You can get other blood test for confirmation. Might need more details to evaluate.kindly consult on practo for same

It maybe false positive in first one. You can either repeat the test after a week, or get a blood beta hcg level today(most sensitive)
