Mam/ sir I used 2 unwanted 72 tab in one week in may 2019. I want concieve a baby from last 3 months but I failed . I have heavy bleeding and lower stomach pain during periods. Please suggest me. How can I concieve. Thankyou

You should see Gynaecologist to find out the cause of bleeding problem. You should have physical relationship at least 2-3 times a week. Start taking folic acid. Check blood for Rubella and Thalassaemia

Are your cycles regular?? Get a pelvic usg done and hormonal profile... You can still wait for 3-4 mnth.. But for heavy periods do get an usg done
