I'm 26yrs old i recently tested my ferritin is 39ng/dl should I need supplement or diet? Is iron supplement safe?

If you have anaemia or low MCV and you don’t have any form of ‘haemoglobinopathy’, then only Yes. Get your stool tested for worms, ova and cysts before starting any iron as it is not normal for a young Man to be iron deficient. All the best. J G S R clinic
