Is it true that " flap created during femto lasik surgery will never heal & can dislocate at any point of time in life "? What is the minumum corneal thickness required for a eye to function normally

With all adequate precautions and medications the flap heals very well. Any kind of eye trauma can always be an issue otherwise it seals itself well. Usually we don't consider lasik below 500 microns.. But again all subject to refractive power.

No.. It usually heals. However sports activities that carries a risk of trauma to the eye should be avoided. LASIK is usually avoided in people with corneal thickness less than 450-500um.
