Both my fellopian tubes are blocked. What is the best possible technique for me to get pregnant? Is pregnancy possible without operation? And if operation is done, will the tubes remain open permanently?

Without operation it is not possible to open the tube.pregnancy is possible with IVF process.Now you have to decide operation or IVF.After operation it is not guaranteed it will open successfully. But you should try.
