Hello doctors My 7 month old girl baby was rolled and fell down from bed when she was sleeping just now but no wounds found and she is playing as usual and and smiling.. Any chance of problems

Not likely, most babies will have a history of all at some point of time, if the child becomes very irritable or has repeated vomitings then you need to consult a doctor
