Hello Doctor, My son is 2 years 6 months old, fell down while playing got hurt to ear and it became blue color, does this require any medical attention. Please advice.

picture though not very clear -shows redness and bit swelling. If it becomes more -needs to be seen by ENT- to exclude hematoma over ear cartilage -which may change the shape of ear
