Feels something in my throat while doing swallowing action without taking any food or water. And i always burps after drinking water and eating food. But bups every time after drinking a sip of water. Need help in understanding whats going on please

It's laryngopharyngeal reflux. Capsule Rabez l before food two times a day for 5 days. avoid spicy and oily food. Take small frequent meals.
