There are 3 things you need to work on it very hard.
1. Self-esteem: you don't have totally good feeling about yourself, you need to accept yourself as you are. What you think about yourself is the most important, not the things that others say... Anyone has right to say anything, what we think about ourselves is the key.
2. Your potential: each person has a potential and skills which is best in that. I think you more focused on the other's opinion about you. You need to focus on your potential and skills and try to improve it...
3. Interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship: you need to work on communication with yourself and then with others. There are some techniques which you need to learn...
All of the above mentioned will help you to have a healthy life and good communication. The only thing is that, you need someone to help you... Consult with a psychologist/therapist to work with you step by step and help you to have a healthy life forever... Don't worry, it's not a mental disorder, you just need to learn some skills...
