Feels like dizzines and pressure in head

I am feeling like my head is moving from.3-4 days. No pain but sometime numbness in centre of head. Sometime feels pressure in ears and nose bone. Eyes heaviness, It feels like chakkar aana but nothing like that. What can be the reason. Please suggest.
