For 2 days she is feeling weak. Her forheads goes a little towards cooler side. Today i check her bp which came out as 117/67. But yesterday and today i gave her glucose and she eventualy recovers. What can this be.

Hello... Hypoglycemia ,hypo tension can cause weakness .. Does she have history of hypotension ,diabetes mallitus... ? In diabetic patients hypoglycemia occurs often.. Test her blood sugar level , consult general physician in nearest hospital with report. Always accompany her.
