Hello sir , you justice that your weakness is not regular , it means it is not from any general disease of body and organ system , either it comes from your physical exertion or from your mental exertion, also you specify that your stools are not clear in morning ,it also causes some weakness or lethargic feeling through out of the day , so first check whether it is because of your physical exertion then took proper rest or sleep , take some energy boosters with some dry fruit to maintain your energy level, also if it comes from mental exertion, took fresh fruit juices at regular interval along with normal food meal, and if it is because of your stool complaints then regularize it with few tricks like, take munakka with milk daily at night .
