My 2.7 year old daughter feels vomiting in morning time from last 4 days and also vomited two times in afternoon and in evening. She is active and normal. Please advise.

May b an acute infection/ food poisoning. Any pain in stomach..get a urine tests done ..sometime urine infection cause problems..dyspepsia also can cause.
