Hi Doctor, My wife feeling very weak daily afternoon, not able to concentrate anything and she is saying spinning in head. Everyday In the morning she is doing good but after 11 am or 12, she is feeling like very weak. Kindly suggest. Thanks

Bp have to be monitored..night sleep should be 7 to 8 hours .. have food  at correct timing.. drink plenty of fluids,
