Hello doctor. Few days back I felt while falling asleep that my head is spinning especially while I close my eyes which got corrected after a day itself but then after that from past 4-6 days this uneasiness I feel in between. Sometimes little shakiness or dizziness in between in head. Sometimes stretched nerves on ample of the head. I am a beta thalessemia minor case. Kindly suggest what further action I need to take.
