Feeling Thirsty and Urinating alot

Hello Doc, As checked last month and this month, I am diabetic and my sugar level is above 290 with fasting and above 450 without fasting. I feel thirsty all the times and keep doing urinating alot. Currently due to pursuing work as per the US shift hours, my lifestyle impacted. I can't start medicine bcz it will impact my insulin.

Medications won’t effect your insulin . Infact very high sugar will impact your Insulin Secretion . Feeling thirsty and having frequent urination is due to very high sugars . Without wasting any further time . Consult your doctor and start the medication

Sir kindly start medicine As sugar is very high It will affects very kidney , other organs Sugar medicine will help to increase insulin secretion and decrease insulin resistance
