From yesterday feeling hunger and thirst. Eating but hunger not reducing. It happened quite few times. Glucose is within normal range. What the problem?
Reduce your salt and sugar intake..avoid spicy fried food.. sleep minimum 8 hrs per day..drink lime juice with pinch of sugar. Eat a balanced diet with protein carb and veggies
Sometimes stress or depression temporarily can cause this..not to worry..
If u got ur random sugar checked u cannot confirm that ur sugars r normal. Any other symptoms like weight loss, increased frequency of passing urine? Any family history of diabetes?

Get ur HBA1C checked which is a good indicator of ur sugars...this will let u know how ur sugars were Ona an average in the previous 2 to 3 months
