Feeling sleepy after eating

I feel very sleepy every time I have lunch or dinner. Is this a sign of diabetes? I only have home cooked simple food still I feel very sleepy. This causes difficulties during office hours. Please advise.

There are no specific symptoms of diabetes in early stage. You should get your fasting sugar checked. And it's normal if it's less than 100
